Job Description

    Dear Candidates,Wipro is currently hiring for Blue Yonder/Red PrairieLocation: Pan IndiaNP-preferably Immediate Joiners, 0-60 daysPlease refer requested details in trail mail and JD as follows.JD/Roles and Responsibilities: Strong knowledge of the Blue Yonder/Red Prairie application and a minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience working with it. Working with latest version of BY is added advantage Solid understanding of as needed, provide ongoing assistance for the Warehouse Management System by keeping an eye on alerts, responding to incidents, - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the capacity to inform both technical and non-technical audiences on the status of an incident. Ability to engage with end users on progress and resolution in a timely manner. Strong in administratively related tasks. Setting up printers and resolving any problems the user may be having with them. Plan and coordinate the rollouts. Performing hot patch installations, managing access creation requests, keeping an eye on AWS servers, providing administrative support for the quarterly maintenance and refresh operations.
