Job Description

cloud assessments and strategy, the BA will be responsible for:

  • Qualitative discovery of workloads/apps and clients business context, objectives, and drivers
  • Defining and leading data collection from client stakeholders
  • Defining the potential cloud destination for the workloads/apps
  • Research/Compare various offerings in the market and suggest the most suitable cloud solution for the workload/app in terms of cloud value and technical feasibility
  • Work with Architects to define to-be architecture state
  • Development of business case
  • Development of migration roadmap and deployment pattern
Technical Qualifications
  • Has experience in IT as a business process analyst or a business systems analyst (conducting business/enterprise system analysis to understand business context, objectives, drivers, processes, and needs)
  • Has a technical background or experience as a .Net/Java developer, Cloud Native Developer, Cloud Consultant, IT business analyst, Cloud architect, or tech nical/software sales engineer specifically around PaaS (Bluemix, Azure, AWS, Cloud Foundry, Force.com or other private cloud) or IaaS (VMWare, Amazon IaaS, IBM Softlayer etc)
  • Preferred experience in one of API development, Micro-services development, Cloud integration/messaging
  • Has strong understanding and knowledge of cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and has experience in defining, designing and implementing cloud solutions
  • B.E/B.Tech degree, preferably with a computer type degree (MIS, Computer Science, IT)
  • Agile experience is preferred
  • BA s with knowledge of Business case preparation are preferred
  • Excellent communication verbal, written, and presentation skills; adept at communicating and managing stakeholders at all level
  • Excellent organizational skill and ability to juggle multiple demands without missing deadlines
  • Strong teambuilding skills and teamwork orientation
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills
