Job Description

Description

  • Experience: 2 + Years
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands on experience in trouble shooting M365 Suite (Outlook/One Drive/SharePoint). (Earlier termed as O365)
  • Well versed with M365 issue troubleshooting and provide solutions.
  • Email Migrations On Prem, IMAP and Cutover migrations.
  • Provide L2 and L3 support to clients
  • Provide guidance to the current team on L1 issues
  • Knowledge on below M365 security is a must
    • Intune
    • Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS)
    • Data Loss Protection (DLP)
    • Advanced Threat Protection
  • DNS management
  • Maintain a knowledge base and update as per the requirement
  • Involve in technical discussion with internal and clients
  • Conduct internal and external client technical trainings per requirements
  • Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Relentless client-focus, and ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with other members of the technical and operations teams.
  • Zeal to learn new cloud technologies pertaining to Azure and AWS and Google cloud
  • Provide technical consultation and knowledge transfer with Technical Support
