Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Implementation and Configuration:
      • Configure and customize CRM solutions based on client requirements.
      • Install, test, and deploy CRM systems ensuring optimal functionality.
      • Perform system integrations, including data migration, API connections, and third-party tools.
    • Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
      • Provide ongoing technical support for CRM systems and resolve issues.
      • Monitor CRM performance and troubleshoot technical problems to ensure uptime and optimal performance.
      • Analyze and debug complex technical issues in a timely manner.
    • Customization and Development:
      • Develop custom features, workflows, and processes within CRM platforms.
      • Write and modify scripts, triggers, and automation processes.
      • Work with clients to design custom CRM dashboards, reports, and analytics.
    • Client Interaction:
      • Liaise with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
      • Provide training and support to users for CRM system functionalities.
      • Assist clients with CRM system upgrades and improvements.
    • Documentation and Best Practices:
      • Document all technical aspects of CRM configuration, customizations, and implementations.
      • Follow industry best practices to ensure the quality and security of CRM systems.
      • Keep up-to-date with the latest CRM features and developments to ensure the solution remains current.
