Job Description

    Job Title: D365 CRM Technical Consultant with Power Platform Experience: 3 to 12 years Location: Pan India (Hybrid options available) Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred to 15 DaysJob Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced D365 CRM Technical Consultant with Power Platform to join our team. As a technical consultant, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and the Power Platform suite. You will play a key role in the successful design, development, and deployment of CRM applications while ensuring seamless integration with other systems.Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and implement solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
    • Gather business requirements, understand client needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.
    • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party applications and other Microsoft technologies.
    • Develop custom workflows, business rules, plugins, custom entities, and dashboards to meet client requirements.
    • Leverage Power Apps to create custom apps and improve business processes.
    • Develop and optimize Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks.
    • Build and deploy Power BI dashboards for real-time analytics and reporting.
    • Perform system upgrades, patches, and data migration tasks as necessary.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
    • Conduct performance tuning and troubleshoot technical issues within CRM and the Power Platform.
    • Ensure compliance with best practices for security, data management, and governance in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
    • Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
    • Participate in client-facing discussions to understand business challenges and provide suitable technical solutions.
    Required Skills:
    • 3-12 years of experience as a technical consultant or developer in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
    • Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
    • Proficiency in X, JavaScript, C#, .NET development for Dynamics CRM customizations.
    • Experience with Microsoft Azure services, RESTful APIs, and integration with external systems.
    • Solid understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service) and the Power Platform architecture.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze business processes and propose technical solutions.
    • Good understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in Agile teams.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
    • Knowledge of SQL Server, database queries, and report generation.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform.
    • Experience in Data migration and Dynamics 365/Power Platform upgrade processes.
    • Knowledge of advanced features like AI Builder, Virtual Agents, and RPA within the Power Platform.
