    As a Delivery Operations Team Lead at Accenture, you will be part of the Customer Support vertical, focusing on managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing the best resolutions. Your role will involve closing faults and complaints within SLAs, transforming customer support into a value-generating service that differentiates us in the market.
