Job Description

    Greetings from APEX SERVICES Role-EquityDealer/ PCG dealerCTC- upto-6 LPA incentive other benefitJob Responsibilities:
    • Executing orders on behalf of clients with good speed accurately.
    • Generating leads through existing clients.
    • Maintaining relationship with existing clients.
    • Serving the HNI clients, retail clients and the sub-brokers.
    • Handling queries of risk/limits of online clients.
    • Attending client queries through email, telephone, or walk-in for online account opening, equity, commodity and currency.
    • Calculating commission and entries for the clients.
    • Actively uncovering additional business development opportunities.
    • Interact with internal cross-functional partners to resolve client issues and escalations (Risk, Research, Operations and IT).
    • Client Acquisition as per targets and cross selling of 3rd party products
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Minimum Graduates with more than 1-year experience.
    • Certification of NISM series 8 compulsory.
    • Demonstrated dealing experience with a strong drive for results
    • Demonstrated dedication to treating clients in an ethical, empathetic and proactive way.
    • Good brokerage and industry knowledge and a willingness to learn.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point applications.
