Job Description

    Plan, Manage & Execute all projects at ACML through all phases of design till commissioning. Conceptualize & develop project plans in line with business requirements. Evaluate project alternatives, define project scope, goals & deliverables in collaboration with all stakeholders. Carry out options study and freeze schemes related to all mining & related infrastructure services like power supply, transmission lines, sub-stations, mine pumping, mine lighting, CHP, mine automation, railway siding and dispatch arrangement, roads, culverts, drainage systems, service & housing buildings, workshops, stores etc. The scheme shall be worked out in tandem with mine planning and design team in an integrated manner to meet the process and business objectives. Draft & submit budget proposals for finalized projects. Ensure timely project delivery within defined scope & cost by adhering all ESG compliances. Development of Coal handling and preparation plant flow sheets in conjunction with the resource exploration team shall be part of the core function of the team Project manpower and other resource planning along with mine planning team. Assisting the corporate team in obtaining Regulatory approvals for the projects. Ensure Quality control of the projects throughout its life cycle. Coordinate with all internal & external stakeholders for seamless project execution.
