Job Description

    As a Field Sales Associate (FSA) at JSR Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in introducing our company and its offerings to potential clients in the assigned markets. Your primary responsibilities will include building and managing a database of leads and contacts, reporting sales activities and market insights to the Sales Manager, and performing basic computer operations for data entry and reporting.JSR Enterprises is a fast-growing company specializing in Prefab Constructions, Interiors, and Architectural Products. Headquartered in Hyderabad with a strong presence across Telangana, we are expanding rapidly and looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales team.To be eligible for this position, you should have a minimum qualification of 10th Pass, the ability to read and write basic English, and fluency in Telugu with the ability to understand Hindi & English. Additionally, you must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.The preferred skills for this role include good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation with a proactive sales approach, and comfort with traveling within assigned territories. This is a full-time position with a salary as per industry standards plus performance incentives.
