In this role, you will focus on acquiring new clients, building relationships, and driving sales in your designated territory.Key Responsibilities:
    • Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through direct visits, meetings, and networking within your assigned area.
    • Sales Presentations: Present our products/services to potential customers, demonstrating how they address their needs.
    • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with both new and existing customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
    • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating leads, converting them into clients, and closing deals.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to spot new sales opportunities.
    • Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports to management.
    • Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate and close sales by offering the best solutions and terms to clients.
    • Post-Sales Support: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in field sales, B2B or B2C sales, FMCG, BFSI, or Telecom sectors.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your time and work independently.
    • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer interactions and tracking sales.
    • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
