Job Description

    SAP Accounting Experience:This requirement is for an accounting position that demands specific skills and experience to relevant belowExperience and Skills:1. Accounting Experience: 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and/or IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) experience.2. Technical Skills:- Proficient in SAP, SAP BW, or similar ERP systems.- Advanced Excel skills, including macros.- Solid understanding of record-to-report processes.- Familiarity with SQL and/or Tableau is a plus.Job Responsibilities:Uses technology to ensure efficient and effective processes for timely and accuratefinancial reporting, vendor processing and account reconciliation.Performs and monitors monthly close -through-completion of financial statements.Engages in the timely analysis, review and evaluation of balance sheet and incomestatement accounts and analysis.Prepares and posts accrual and prepaid calculations.Reviews department information for reasonableness, completeness, and compliance forbudgetary comparisons while collaborating with FP&A department to obtain assumptionsutilized in the budget/forecast process.Initiates and drafts year-end financial statements and footnote disclosures.Facilitates timely processing of all general ledger and subsidiary ledger transactionsEngages and accomplishes audits as needed.CommunicationEffectively collaborates and communicates with all levels of the organization from seniorexecutives to subordinates to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.Good understanding of Spanish.AccountabilityUnderstand, adhere to, and enforce all corporate policiesSoft Skills:1. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret, apply, and communicate complex accounting concepts.2. Compliance: Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing the industry/business and products.Work Environment:1. Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume, fast-paced environment.Education:Bachelors degree in Accounting from an accredited university is mandatory.,
