Individual in this role is expected to lead a team of 8 to 10 developers with in HS at offshore/onshore and responsible for HR related activities like recruiting, coaching/mentoring employees, performance feedback. Additional responsibilities include
Prepare work estimates, sprint plans by collaborating with different HS application owners and ES partners Lead some strategic projects by working as Scrum master on some specific strategic initiatives like Encounters, RAPS, BPO reporting Manage day to day support in resolving production issues for Encounter, RAPS, and, EDW/BPO reporting Manage the development of mule soft and rule based engine infrastructure in support of strategic initiatives like Front End Edits Membership and Billing, Encounters etc. and for existing revenue based clients It is expected the this individual will manage the work of 2 -3 ES resources in a matrix organization in support of Encounters, BPO, and, other reporting initiatives
