Job Description

As a Hardware and Network Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless technology operations during club events and daily activities. Your key responsibilities will include:- **Hardware Management**: - Conducting regular system checks and diagnostics for optimal performance - Performing computer formatting and fresh OS installations (Windows 10 & 11) - Troubleshooting and repairing desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices - Maintaining hardware inventory and recommending upgrades - Handling hardware procurement and vendor coordination- **Network Administration**: - Configuring, installing, and maintaining networking equipment - Setting up and managing WiFi networks with security protocols - Monitoring network performance and resolving connectivity issues - Implementing network security measures and firewalls - Managing IP addressing configurations for uptime and reliability- **CCTV Systems**: - Installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV cameras and recording systems - Monitoring surveillance system functionality and addressing technical issues - Providing footage retrieval support when required- **Event Support**: - Providing on-site technical support during club events - Setting up temporary network infrastructure for events - Ensuring smooth functioning of technology systems during events - Knowledge in setting up Google Meet, Teams, etc.- **Software & Security**: - Installing and configuring antivirus software on all systems - Maintaining antivirus definitions and performing security scans - Installing, configuring, and supporting ERP-related software - Managing software licensing and updates - Assisting users with ERP system access and basic troubleshooting- **General IT Support**: - Providing technical support to staff members - Documenting IT procedures and maintaining technical documentation - Responding promptly to IT support tickets and requests - Training staff on system usage and security practices**Required Qualifications**:- **Education**: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- **Technical Skills**: - Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server operating systems - Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) - Hands-on experience with WiFi setup and troubleshooting - Knowledge of CCTV systems and IP cameras - Familiarity with antivirus solutions and endpoint security - Experience with ERP software installation and configuration - Understanding of network security best practices- **Experience**: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hardware and network support - Proven track record in IT infrastructure management - Experience supporting live events is a plus**Personal Attributes**:- Hardworking and dedicated with a strong work ethic- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to work independently and under pressure- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends during events- Proactive attitude with attention to detail- Customer-service oriented mindset**Working Conditions**:- Full-time position- On-site presence required- Flexibility to work during club events (evenings/weekends as needed)- Occasional physical work (lifting equipment, cable management)To apply, please submit your resume, relevant certifications, and a cover letter detailing your experience with the mentioned technologies.**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Flexible schedule- Food provided- Health insurance- Leave encashment- Life insurance- Paid sick time- Provident Fund**Work Location**: In person,
