    • Sourcing Relevant candidates for Esteemed Clients Open to Call Candidates from Portals/ Database.
    • Convince them to Apply & ensure they WALK-IN
    • Ensure Weekly Offer & Joiner Targets Achieved
    • Ensure Candidate Relations is Managed in an Excellent Manner
    • Source Relevant Candidates for Esteemed Clients Ensure Good Briefing, Grooming to match requirement
    • Event management of Respective Client
    • Ensure Weekly Targets Achieved
    • Ensure Client Relations is Managed in an Excellent Manner
    • Delivery Driven Approach.
    Required:-
    • Ability to talk Fluently on the Phone with the customer/ Candidates.
    • Basic speed TYPING experience fast typing and Strong in MS -EXCEL - tracker, MS- WORD mgt.
    • Should be willing to work on high Pressure and achieve daily targets.
    • Should have the Fire and interest in Recruitment
    • Communicating with the Candidates and other people on the phones
    • High Energy, go-getter, and a proactive personality
    • Should be able to research Candidates , Head-hunt and map talent from Social media.
    • Take end-to-end responsibility and accountability for results.
