    • Advising clients on Equity Markets.
    • Individually handling clients.
    • Creation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory.
    • Cross selling of other products like Mutual fund.
    • Handling Queries & complains of clients & solving it within TAT.
    • Acquiring new clients & retaining the old clients by periodic meetings.
    • Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of clients financial requirements, analysing information & recommending portfolios.
    • Monitoring & enhancing Advisors Advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets & meetings, con calls.
