Job Description

    Associate, Admin Generalist, Consumer Banking & Core EnginesBusiness FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Job OverviewProvide Executive assistant cum administrative support to the Country Head, Consumer Banking and Core Engines technology in his routine day-to-day functions and also to assist in COO activities.Reports to: Chief Operating OfficerRoles & ResponsibilitiesCalendar Management by arranging placeholders for meetings Modifying meeting request and ensuring timing, logistics until the execution of meetings Handling spill over meetings due diligently by making sure the objective of meeting is achieved Ensuring the participants availability for the meetings and end to end coordination Creation and communication of meeting minutes with relevant stake holders Liaise with stake holders for arranging travel logistics including forex, hotel reservations, visa formalities and other travel documentation to multiple countries Compile receipts/invoices to file the expense reports and work with Finance team for reimbursement Plan and coordinate for the Town halls, internal team activities, weekly meetings and other hiring initiatives Co-ordinate and manage the visitors and guests who come from multiple organizations and countries Arranging entry access to the visitors both local and International Arranging the virtual sessions like employee appreciation and engagements during lockdown Supporting Platform business managers on the PMO activities Maintaining multiple trackers and generate various reports for Management Facilitate entry access for interviews/visitors Maintain a proper repository of shared documents Follow-up for compliance related activities which are at BU level Provide end to end support during hiring initiatives and closely work with multiple stakeholders Serve as backup resource for the PMO/PBM, if requiredRequirementsGraduate with 6-8 years experience Good written and verbal communication skills in English Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (especially MS Excel and Power Point) Good to have Prior experience in PMO activities Good to have skills on confluence and Jira Professional attitude and appearance with interpersonal skills Diligent and process oriented Attention to detail and well-organized Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities,
