    JOB TITLE: International Customer Support Voice ProcessJOB TYPE: Full Time.JOB LOCATION: Hitech City, Hyderabad.JOB SUMMARY:As a Customer Support Executive in the International Voice Process, you will beresponsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the US, UK,Canada, and other international regions. This is an excellent opportunity for fresherswho are looking to start their career in the BPO industry and develop strongcommunication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information, resolvequeries, and assist customers with their concerns. Address customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, andtechnical issues. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting withinternational customers. Record and update customer information in the system accurately. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.QUALIFICATIONS:Any graduate/ post graduate (2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 passed outs)with all educational documents. Excellent Communication Skills. Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.WORKING DAYS S& SHIFT: 5 working days; 2 rotational week offs.
