Job Description

As a Full-Stack Lead at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and supporting custom IP analysis applications for one of the worlds largest patent portfolios. Your expertise in the IP space will be utilized to build intuitive tools that assist attorneys and engineers in analyzing, managing, and identifying the value of inventions. By leveraging the latest web technologies, you will develop custom applications to deliver data efficiently to meet the dynamic needs of legal partners.**Key Responsibilities:**- Design, develop, and support intuitive tools for patent analysis and management- Build analytics tools for IP engineers to analyze the patent portfolio- Develop custom applications using technologies like Angular, React, Java, Python, and more- Integrate internal invention and patent management systems with Global Patent offices- Automate legal teams internal processes and business workflows- Mentor and guide the team on development standards and design practices- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest constructive changes- Communicate effectively with business partners, analysts, project managers, and team members- Deploy applications through automatic jobs in Cloud (AWS, Jenkins) to ensure 100% uptime- Follow agile methodologies and work in an Agile/Scrum development environment**Qualifications Required:**- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development with reputed organizations- Proficiency in Java 8 or higher, Python, Groovy, Spring, Hibernate- Strong problem-solving skills and deep understanding of data structures and algorithms- Experience in full-stack development and building user interfaces with Angular or React JS- Knowledge of cloud native software development, preferably with AWS- Design and development experience using RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)- Familiarity with Apache Solr or Elastic search- Experience with infrastructure as code tools, container orchestration platforms, and authentication mechanisms- Strong knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyBy joining Qualcomm, you will be part of a diverse and innovative team that is shaping the future of technology.
