Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic Junior Product Consultant to join our field sales team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of smart home technology and a proven ability to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, building relationships with industry influencers, and closing sales. Previous connections with building architects are a significant advantage.Requirements:Sales and Business Development:
    • Lead Generation:Actively identify and develop new business opportunities through direct hunting and by leveraging relationships with industry influencers.
    • Influencer Relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with potential leads and industry influencers to generate new business opportunities.
    • Database Management:Create and update a database of potential clients, leads, and industry contacts.
    • Client Interaction:Visit industry influencers, generate leads, and follow up by meeting with prospective customers to present Futurehooks solutions.
    • Sales Closure:Work diligently to close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    Customer Engagement:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
    • Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless installation and integration of our solutions.
    Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • 1 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the home automation or technology sector.
    • Strong understanding of smart home technology and system integration solutions.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Previous interactions and connections with building architects are a significant plus.
    • A two-wheeler is mandatory, along with a valid driving license.
    • Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and surrounding areas for client meetings and field sales activities.
