Job Description

    You will be joining our team as a Laptop Service Technician, where your primary responsibility will be to replace laptop parts such as Motherboards, SSDs, RAM, and other components at client locations. While high-end technical knowledge is not required for this role, a basic understanding of laptop hardware and repair procedures is necessary.Your key responsibilities will include traveling to client locations for on-site laptop repairs, replacing defective or damaged laptop components, ensuring proper functioning of all replaced parts, maintaining a clean work area, communicating effectively with clients to address their issues, and documenting all repairs for record-keeping.To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of laptop hardware components and repair techniques, the ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and hold a valid drivers license along with a Two-wheeler as a requirement.The salary range for this position is Rs. 16000 - Rs. 22000, based on your skills, experience, and performance during the interview. The educational requirement is flexible, ranging from any Degree/Diploma/PUC/12th/10th Pass, with the preference for male candidates.This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the opportunity for a performance bonus. The work location is in person at client sites.,
