Job Description

    About The RoleWe are looking for a Level 3 Network Engineer with 7 years of expertise in Network Management Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing, advancing the network architecture between the Service Provider and the Client.Requirements Requires expertise in 24x7 monitoring, problem resolution and optimization of LAN, WAN and Unified Communications. Act as a single point of contact for the management and administration of the Network Center of Excellence, while collaborating with clients and 3rd parties to meet and exceed performance standards. Lead 24x7 monitoring of Network LAN, WAN and Unified Communications for availability, utilization, performance, and capacity. Collaborate closely with the Client and 3rd Parties in the Client vendor ecosystem to promptly resolve incidents and service requests. Drive root cause analysis and implement comprehensive Problem Management solutions. Manage and maintain in-scope equipment for specified Client Service Locations and data centers. Act as the primary point of contact for the management and administration of the Network Center of Excellence. Proactively provide the Client with advanced optimization and tuning recommendations. Coordinate with the Client and its 3rd parties for example Hardware/Software suppliers, carriers, service providers to exceed Performance Standards. Document known errors and maintain a comprehensive Known Error Database. Support advanced Network protocols, including the provision of Virtual Local Area Networks and Access Control Lists for security and performance. Oversee WAN connectivity contracts for all sites. Provide expert hands-on support/access to the Service Provider or 3rd-party resources within Client-provided facilities. Support, manage, and operate advanced protocols following the Client Policies. Monitor, analyze and optimize network bandwidth, traffic patterns and device capacities to ensure efficient performance and accommodate future growth. SolarWinds and other Network monitoring tools. Expertise in Aryaka SDWAN / ISP Circuit Management. Understanding of Routers, Switches, Palo Alto Networks PA Series and Panorama, F5 BIG-IP, Aruba Instant and SolarWinds Familiarity with FortiNAC Network Access, VPN Solutions and Bandwidth Management. Proficient in leading and troubleshooting complex network architectures. Advanced knowledge of network protocols and security measures. Experience with advanced network monitoring tools. Relevant certifications in network technologies for example Cisco, Palo Alto, F5 and Aruba is preferred. Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call rotation. Experience in working with 3rd party vendors. Familiarity with ITIL processes.,
