Job Description

    As a Junior Azure DevOps Engineer at WaferWire Technology Solutions (WCT), your role will involve supporting cloud infrastructure and DevOps initiatives for various client engagements. You will work alongside senior DevOps engineers to ensure the smooth operation of Azure-based infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include:- Supporting and maintaining Azure-based infrastructure in collaboration with senior DevOps engineers.- Assisting in configuring, monitoring, and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.- Learning and participating in containerization (AKS/Kubernetes) and microservices deployment workflows.- Monitoring application performance and system health using tools like Grafana and Prometheus.- Contributing to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform or ARM templates.- Participating in incident response, troubleshooting, and production support activities.- Maintaining documentation of environments, processes, and best practices to ensure compliance and repeatability.To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- 13 years of hands-on experience in cloud/DevOps engineering with exposure to Azure.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline configuration and automated build & release processes.- Exposure to container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).- Understanding of infrastructure scripting or IaC tools like Terraform, ARM, etc.- Experience or understanding of monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Azure Monitor.- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment.WaferWire Technology Solutions (WCT) specializes in delivering comprehensive Cloud, Data, and AI solutions leveraging the Microsoft technology stack.
