Job Description

    Profile: US IT RecruiterLocation: Hyderabad (Work from Office)Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM5 days workingWe are looking for a high energy, self-motivated US- IT recruiter. Candidates who are highlydriven with excellent communication skills. He/she should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment that is metrics-driven. The ability to multitask and prioritize at any giventime would grab our attention. Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred. Inaddition to having the technical skill and qualification, candidates must have a clearunderstanding of the US market with reference to benefits, compensation, Visa processes, andtypes and related work laws.Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US client s requirements. Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirements. Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting. Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timelysubmittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition. Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers. Work on strategic global hiring programs. Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization. Procure people for different IT Requirements. Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates. Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing,technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining ofcandidates). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required. (Excel, Microsoft Outlook & MicrosoftWord). Experience in tax terms, negotiations, building relationships. Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing,networking, employee referrals. Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining &building the candidate database.
