Job Description

    As a Manager, Digital Engagement Analytics at Synchrony, you will be a part of the India Analytics Hub (IAH) team and collaborate closely with the US Analytics team to provide cutting-edge data-driven solutions to support business objectives. Your role will involve working on enterprise-level initiatives to increase Digital Adoption Rate, understanding requirements, and delivering ad hoc requests. You will also partner with onsite stakeholders in marketing, technology, and digital teams to plan and implement strategic priorities. Effective communication, project management, and mentoring team members will be key responsibilities in this role.Key Responsibilities:- Independently work in the Customer Engagement Analytics team to solve enterprise-level initiatives and increase Digital Adoption Rate- Understand requirements and deliver on ad hoc requests whenever required- Partner with onsite stakeholders and various process owners in marketing, technology, and digital teams to plan and implement strategic priorities- Ensure effective communication, project deliverables, adherence to timelines, accuracy, and compliance with meticulous project management- Mentor team members on analytical, technical, and functional skillsRequired Skills & Knowledge:- 2 to 4 years of working experience in the Analytics domain and 1 years of experience in SAS or SQL- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate, articulate, and present solutions across functional/agile teams in a simple yet compelling manner- Minimum 1 years of experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau to derive insightsDesired Skills & Knowledge:- 2 to 4 years of analytics experience in the Financial Services Industry- Ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences with empathy and ensure needs/asks are effectively translated into technical requirements and followed uponQualification Required:- BS or MS in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field with 2 to 4 years of hands-on Analytics experience (Distance learning not valid) or in lieu of a degree with 4 to 6 years of experienceThe role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in Synchrony India, requiring availability between 06:00 AM Eastern Time and 11:30 AM Eastern Time for meetings with India and US teams.
