Job Description

    As a Human Resources Business Partner at Providence India, you will play a crucial role in driving the organizations vision of transforming the healthcare ecosystem to Health 2.0. You will have the opportunity to contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels, collaborating with various HR stakeholders and partnering with them on projects across the firm. Your responsibilities will include:- Driving HRBP activities for a growing set of businesses, focusing on processes like performance management, compensation, organization building, engagement, and contributing to the people strategy of the business.- Partnering with all HR stakeholders and CoEs to collate data insights, work on cross-functional projects, and collaborate on organization-level people initiatives.- Providing consultation and guidance to business groups to facilitate the implementation of key HC interventions.- Serving as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for caregivers, assessing training needs, and partnering with the L&D team to deliver on these requirements.- Supporting senior manager HRBP in driving HR initiatives across pillars, partnering with managers to retain, develop, and motivate people to achieve organizational goals.Your week will involve engaging with stakeholders to partner on talent strategy, connecting with caregivers to understand and support their concerns, participating in organization-wide projects, analyzing key trends using talent analytics, working closely with the HR team and manager on planned/ad-hoc tasks, and coaching managers and leaders in the business group.We are looking for a candidate with 9 to 13 years of experience in the technology business sector, preferably from a top-tier business school with a postgraduate degree in HRM. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in most Human Capital functional areas, possess strong communication skills, be comfortable with ambiguity, and exhibit innovation and action-oriented behavior.
