Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Communication and Public Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the public image and communication strategies of the organization. Your role will involve creating and implementing effective communication plans, managing media relations, and crafting compelling content to promote and protect the organizations reputation. You will work closely with internal teams/leadership and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effective public engagement. Your proven experience in communication and public relations, along with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and media placements, will be key in this role.Key Responsibilities:- Brand Management: - Enhance and protect the brand reputation of Apollo Hospitals Group through consistent and effective messaging. - Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure all communications adhere to these standards.- Public Relations: - Cultivate and manage relationships with media, key stakeholders, and industry influencers. - Lead the development and dissemination of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. - Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization, handling media inquiries and interviews. - Manage Media during crisis situations.- Content Creation and Management: - Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, website, and internal portals. - Ensure that all content aligns with the organizations values and strategic priorities. - Lead the development of thought leadership content, including articles, narrations, whitepapers, and speeches for senior executives.- Internal Communications: - Develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees across the organization. - Oversee the creation of internal portals (intranet), memos, and other communication materials.Qualifications Required:- Post-graduation in Mass Communication, Literature, Journalism, or any Doctor in Communication.- Minimum 7 years of experience in Public Relations consulting firm and Healthcare industry.- Target industry experience in Media house and working with journalists.(Note: No additional details of the company were present in the job description.),
