Job Description

As an experienced Architect with 6 to 10 years of expertise in PEGA BPM Process Modeling, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust business process management solutions. Your deep understanding of PEGA systems will be key in optimizing workflows and enhancing operational efficiency. This role offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.**Key Responsibilities:**- Design and develop PEGA BPM solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for PEGA implementations.- Provide technical expertise in PEGA BPM Process Modeling to ensure optimal system performance.- Oversee the integration of PEGA solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.- Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.- Lead the development of process models and workflows to align with business objectives.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in PEGA BPM implementations.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PEGA systems to minimize downtime.- Mentor junior team members in PEGA BPM best practices and methodologies.- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization.- Develop and maintain documentation for PEGA processes and configurations.- Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress and gather feedback.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PEGA BPM processes and tools.**Qualifications:**- Possess a strong understanding of PEGA BPM Process Modeling and its applications.- Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing PEGA solutions.- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Have experience in integrating PEGA systems with other enterprise applications.- Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.- Display strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.As a Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) or holding an equivalent certification, you meet the required qualifications for this role.
