Job Description

    Job DescriptionRole OverviewYou are an experienced Program Manager cum Release Train Engineer (RTE) joining the team in Chennai, India. Your role involves driving the successful delivery of enhancements, small to mid-size projects, and product releases/go-lives for Life Sciences (LS) GxP applications. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to work in shifts to support global operations.Key Responsibilities- Manage IT project/program management with 8 to 12 years of experience, focusing on Release Train Engineer responsibilities or similar Agile scaling roles.- Demonstrate expertise in Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies, release management, and program governance.- Must be based in Chennai, India, and willing to work in shifts (rotational/fixed) to align with global business hours.Qualifications Required- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Prior experience or knowledge of Manufacturing IT applications or systems is a plus.- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements like 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP associated with Life Sciences GxP systems is advantageous.- SAFe certification (e.g., RTE, SPC) is desirable.Additional Company DetailsYou will be working in the IT/Computers - Software industry on a full-time, permanent basis.
