Job Description

This role offers excellent growth prospects and the chance to work with a dynamic and expanding financial institution.Job Title: Relationship Manager - CASA Product Associate (RMPA)Location: [ Multiple Chennai]Department: Retail Banking / CASA DivisionReports To: Branch Manager / Product HeadKey Responsibilities:
    • Client Acquisition: Responsible for acquiring new CASA customers through direct sales activities, including referrals, cold calling, and networking.
    • Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to increase business and maintain high retention levels.
    • Product Expertise: Offer detailed product knowledge to clients and prospects on CASA offerings, focusing on the benefits and value-added services.
    • Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify cross-selling opportunities for other banking products like personal loans, business loans, fixed deposits, etc., to CASA clients.
    • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve sales targets for CASA product acquisition, increasing the customer base while maintaining compliance with the banks policies and standards.
    • Market Research: Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings. Stay up-to-date with market trends, helping improve product offerings.
    • Customer Onboarding: Ensure smooth account opening process for new customers, including documentation, compliance checks, and follow-ups.
    • Customer Service Excellence: Provide post-sales support and maintain a high level of service by addressing client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Data Management: Accurately track sales activities, customer profiles, and service requests in the banks CRM systemCompliance: Ensure adherence to Banks policies, processes, and regulatory requirements for all transactions.
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree or equivalent (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related fields is a plus).
    • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or financial services, with a focus on CASA products preferred.
    • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
    • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Target-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in generating business.
