  • Project Role :Test Lead
  • Project Role Description :Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code Integration of data storage solutions may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization
      • Technical Experience : Experience with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries such as RSpec and Resque Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances Solid understanding of object-oriented programming Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Liquid, Slim, etc depending on your technology stack Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Sass, based on project requirements Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Familia
      • Professional Attributes : Should have good communication skills
      • Educational Qualification : any graduate
