The sales manager will focus on building a pipeline of leads, converting them into sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.Roles and responsibilities:
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and other mortgage products.
    • Generate leads through multiple channels, including real estate developers, agents, and referrals.
    • Identify prospective customers, assess their financial needs, and present suitable home loan solutions.
    • Actively engage in direct sales activities such as client meetings, property site visits, and networking events.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, property brokers, and other stakeholders to generate leads.
