  • Project Role :Application Developer
  • Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Work Experience :2.5-4 years
  • Must Have Skills :SAP HCM Personnel Administration
  • Good To Have Skills :SAP HCM Organizational Management
      • Key Responsibilities : 1- Handling the day to day production issues 2- Handling the calls with the business users 3- Gathering the requirements from the business users/BPM 4- Monitoring the tickets ques and managing the same within the SLAs
      • Technical Experience : 1- SAP HCM Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Reporting and Learning 2- Development / Support handling , Need to understand the business requirements and able to independently handle the client/users
      • Professional Attributes : 1- Good Communication skills 2- Adaptability and Flexibility
    • Educational Qualification : Graduation/Masters
