Job Description

    Job Description - Supply Chain LogisticsJob ProfileWe are seeking a seasoned professional with 8 to 15 years of experience in Pre-sales and Solutioning of Supply Chain Logistics, specifically in assessment and outsourcing engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating compelling business cases and value propositions for logistics services.Responsibilities
    • Conduct due diligence and process maturity assessments by engaging with customers and internal stakeholders at both domestic and international locations to develop compelling business cases for outsourcing.
    • Create responses for RFPs/RFIs and develop value propositions and winning themes for legal process services in Supply Chain Logistics.
    • Prepare and participate in solution defense with customers in a convincing manner.
    • Create FTE estimation, location strategy, transformation roadmap, transition plan, and support in the creation of SOW and contract negotiation.
    • Hand over to delivery and provide support until the project reaches a steady state.
    • Participate in knowledge sharing, learning, and development activities by conducting training sessions and creating training modules as required.
    • Engage in analyst interactions to enhance brand value and market positioning as needed.
    • Work collaboratively in integrated deals with other service lines to create an integrated value proposition.
    • Exhibit thought leadership with a good understanding of market trends and industry nuances.
    Required Skills
    • 8-12 years of experience in a pre-sales solutioning role.
    • Graduate/Post Graduate/Certification in Supply Chain Management.
    • Experience in solutioning, designing, and implementing Supply Chain Logistics services.
    • Experience with SCM logistics modules in SAP/Oracle or other major ERPs.
    • Strong problem resolution skills, good analytical skills, and a positive attitude.
    • Team player, go-getter, fast learner, and creative thinker.
    • Experience working in multi-cultural, global, and diverse teams.
    System Experience
    • Knowledge and hands-on experience with SCM logistics modules in SAP/Oracle or other major ERPs is an added advantage.
    • Experience in automation, RPA, digitalization, and analytics.
    • Knowledge of process mining tools like Signavio or Celonis is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
