Job Description

Argano is at the intersection of operations and technology for digital transformation.The Unit4 FP&A Senior Consultant will be a technical super-user, assisting with the analysis, design, build, testing, and deployment of the software, and documenting the software development life cycle as well as end-user documentation. Knowledge of Unit4 ERP and Unit4 FP&A is preferred. Experience of implementing FP&A concepts on any other alternative platform is required. Knowledge/experience of building a Unified Dimensional Model is also required. Additionally, knowledge/experience with all other pertinent business intelligence concepts is preferred.The ideal candidate should have four (4) to six (6) years of experience working in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with SQL/Relational Databases or equivalent is preferred. Demonstrated ability to learn and be trainable on new software is essential. The candidate should be able to manage technical (software) issues and bring them to resolution, as well as manage a cross-functional team without a direct reporting structure. Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role.Moreover, the candidate must possess the ability to implement process improvement ideas, manage project tasks and issues efficiently and independently, and have good command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong self-management skills, results orientation, attention to detail and accuracy, commitment to excellent customer service, ability to control confidential information with discretion, and being a team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills are necessary attributes for this position.The working hours for this role are from 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm (IST).Argano is the first of its kind: a digital consultancy totally immersed in high-performance operations.
