That is also the number of people you may impact as our new internal consultant.Your responsibilities include but not limited to : Act as a business partner in all activities relating to the contractual negotiations and company s statutory obligations by substantiating recommendations and providing legal advice and assistance to the senior legal counsels/Head Legal. Draft basic transactions and contracts independently. Manage and support activities regarding compliance issues, such as anti-trust and regulatory Works closely together with the Legal, IP and Compliance Head (and in conjunction with matrix Operational Manager, Regional Account Director, transition) to shape and develop the PLS Legal Services group and address evolving business and Client needs Managing team supporting contract management, handling CDAs, Consultancy Agreements, and other contracts of similar complexity level in direct contact with the business clients Supports optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes Provides direction, quality control and direction in methodologies,processes and SOPs to enable results Takes initiative to drive standardization of process across different franchises/divisions within PLS contact team and work with FH towards its timely implementation Work towards build-up of functional skills to expedite transition of valuable projects from Global Legal and business to PLS Legal Hyderabad Establishes, vigorously monitors and report critical metrics & take proactive action to continuously strive for improvements. Manage the Service Level Agreements with various Client stakeholder groupsMinimum requirements Ensures exemplary communication with all partners Communication Impact/Effectiveness Measurement Legal High-Volume/Low complexity Legal Generalist (Knowledge and experience related to more than one topic) Problem solving Knowledge of practices and standardsWhy consider Novartis 799 million.
