Job Description

    1. Generate new business from top rated clients for executing their office fitout work. Offering Fitout As a Service , Sale & Lease Back of existing fitout, dry & wet leases would some of the focused business sourcing areas.2. Establish, develop and maintain relationships at CXO level (Chief Financial Officers, Chief Real Estate Officers. Procurement Heads).3. Work with the National Business Head to understand and deliver on internal business requirements.4. Frame the overall sales and BD consultative methodology.5. Make alliances with OEMs such as (Steelcase, Featherlite etc.) to generate leads.6. Work closely with IPCs, develop and manage relationships to generate leads.7. Make sales pitch for the organization with the sound knowledge of maximizing the ROI and minimizing the risk.8. Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and retaining existing accounts.9. Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Skootr Finsave.10. Create and execute a strategic business plan that meets and exceeds the established sales.Attributes & Skills required1. Dynamic personality with personal initiative and strong leadership, time management and presentation skills.2. Should have relationship at CXO level to maneuver the deal in our favour. Should have extensive knowledge of fitout sale and commercial real estate.3. Strong advocacy and communication skills with capacity to succinctly convey organizational positions to disparate audiences.4. Excellent selling, negotiation, customer service, marketing and decision-making skills.5. Proven experience into sales and BD at a mid/senior management position.6. Strong team player who can enthuse and galvanize colleagues around overall organization s goals and mission.7. Excellent knowledge of the corporate interiors industry.9. Passion for the industry and strong network of colleagues.10. Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills.11.
