    Senior Manager/Manager/Lead Recruiter - Tech Hiring (Multiple openings across level) - Strong tech folks needed , multiple openings with different clients across the level , good pedigree , excellent comm skills.- Candidates from product companies preferred , big 4 candidates can apply .- Strong TA recruiting candidates.- Conceptualizing and implementing innovative ways of attracting exceptional talent from the market.- Understanding the business and enabling them in achieving their objectives.- Networking with industry leaders and professionals and sharing best practices.- Usage of Technology in the recruiting world.- Create and build the talent acquisition strategy for the entire company; multi-level hiring and people management- Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels.
