Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be joining as a Senior Trainer or Junior Trainer for a contractual position of 4.5 months (100 days) at the clients location in On-Site Dulapally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500043. Your compensation will be as per industry standards based on your interview performance. The client will also provide food, travel, and accommodation during your tenure.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct instructor-led sessions and workshops from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Saturday.- Deliver hands-on labs and live coding demonstrations to the learners.- Resolve learner doubts, both technical and conceptual, in real-time.- Design and evaluate mock tests, daily assessments, and coding tasks for the learners.- Enhance training materials and ensure the proper setup of the lab environment.- Track individual learner progress and provide constructive feedback.- Promote an engaging and collaborative classroom environment for effective learning.Qualifications & Skills:- You should hold a Masters (ME/MTech preferred) or Bachelors (BE/BTech) in relevant disciplines.- Possess at least 4-5 years of training or industry experience in the following domains: - Data Science / NLP / ML / AI - Java DSA - Full Stack Java Development- Proficiency in relevant tools, platforms, and hands-on programming is required.- Strong communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills are essential.- Experience in training content creation will be a plus.- You must be willing to work full-time onsite for the entire program duration.Additional Details:If you are passionate about teaching, leading from the front, and creating impactful learning journeys, this opportunity is for you.
