Job Description

    As a ServiceNow developer at Providence, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the ServiceNow business analyst and development team to translate requirements into effective solutions. With a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), Catalog items, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM), and Custom modules, you will leverage your 2-5 years of experience in ServiceNow and Information Technology to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.Your responsibilities will include analyzing business problems, designing and documenting solutions, optimizing processes, preparing technical documentation, testing in pre-Prod environments, providing end user training, and leading solution activities to support the growth of the ServiceNow deployment. Additionally, you will handle support and enhancement requests, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to standard practices.To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience with the development and implementation of ServiceNow Platform, ITSM, IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Custom modules. Proficiency in JavaScript scripting, Angular, Flow Designer, Portal, Workspace, and Mobile Apps is essential. Your quick thinking, technical expertise, coding skills, and effective communication will be key assets in this position.Moreover, you will be expected to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, build positive relationships with stakeholders, possess analytical and problem-solving abilities, and have knowledge of agile methodology.
