Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:-Develop Custom Storefronts: Design, build, and maintain custom storefronts using Shopify Hydrogen, ensuring high performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience.-Collaborate with Teams: Work with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to integrate and customise Shopify features and functionalities.-Optimise Performance: Monitor and optimise storefront performance, implementing best practices for speed, responsiveness, and SEO.-Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Shopify updates, Hydrogen framework improvements, and industry trends to ensure the use of best practices and innovative solutions.-Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Hydrogen storefronts, resolving problems efficiently.-Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, ensuring clear and accessible information for future maintenance.Requirements:-Experience: Proven experience with Shopify Hydrogen and building custom storefronts. Familiarity with headless commerce architecture is a plus.-Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS, Tailwind CSS, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Shopify Hydrogen Hosting, and Shopifys APIs. Experience with GraphQL and modern front-end technologies.-Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote or on-site team environment.-Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Good To Have:-Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with other Shopify frameworks and tools.- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.- Familiarity with version control systems like GitLab.
