JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking an independent and creative person to fill the role of Software Engineer within this team. An ideal candidate for this position has a proficient mix of technical , analytical , and communication skills. Develop and maintain software and hardware monitoring applications Provide excellent customer service Provide support to our end users to help them debug issues detected by our monitoring tools Participate in a 12/ 7 on -call rotation schedule REQUIREMENTS 3 - 5 years of relevant industry experience Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science Hands on experience with C# , ASP.NET , SQL Server , HTML , Angular JS , JavaScript , jQuery , TypeScript , Web API , Windows Services Working experience with GitHub Exposure to software configuration and release management using tools like Jenkins Working Experience with Visual Studio and VS Code A high degree of motivation and desire to learn new technologies Ability to offer timely solutions and efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks Excellent interpersonal skills , written and verbal communication skills , and professionalism. Ability to work well within a global team HIGHLY DESIRED Experience building software related to monitoring networks and servers Excellent Logical and Analytical Skills Excellent trouble shooting skills for UI and Non -UI based applications Advanced design concepts like multithreading applications Familiarity with the MVC design pattern Experience with both Windows and web services (WCF , Web API) Experience querying and managing large databases Mastery of several scripting and programming skills Experience working with InfluxDb TICK Stack,
