Job Description

    As a Recruitment Coordinator at TJX Companies, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team by efficiently managing the logistics of the hiring process. Your responsibilities will include:- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.- Maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.- Communicating with candidates regarding interview logistics and next steps.- Assisting with job postings and sourcing support.- Tracking recruitment metrics and generating reports.- Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.- Engaging passive candidates through personalized outreach.- Staying updated on industry trends and talent market insights to enhance basic recruiting knowledge.To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and knowledge:- Organizational Skills: Managing multiple schedules, interviews, and documents effectively.- Communication Skills: Maintaining clear and professional interactions with candidates and hiring teams.- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and data entry.- Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines efficiently.- Problem-Solving: Handling last-minute changes or conflicts in scheduling.- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS (e.g., Workday) and MS Office is preferred.- Interview Formats: Understanding different types of interviews (panel, virtual, etc.).Qualifications:- Minimum Formal Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.- Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in a high-volume environment.Location: Salarpuria Sattva Knowledge City, Inorbit Road, APAC Home Office, Hyderabad, INJoin our TJX family, a Fortune 100 company and the worlds leading off-price retailer, where every day brings new opportunities for growth and achievement!
