A candidate with equivalent EBS R12 experience and training in Cloud would be considered. Experience with additional modules such as Procurement, Purchasing, Order Management, Projects Financials, and Projects Execution will be an added advantage. The role will require experience and capability in configuration, test script execution, performing proof of concept, building user training materials, and supporting testing milestones.**Role:** Senior Associate**Experience:** 4.5 - 8 years**Educational Qualification:**- Any graduation/post-graduation- B.E/B.Tech- MBA- CA- CMA- Any post-qualification**Position Requirements:**Working as part of a team of consultants, your primary role will be to implement Oracle Fusion Applications across a wide range of modules and client-specific customizations. Your responsibilities will include:- Documenting and managing business process flow charts- Performing hands-on functional and configuration support to implement ERP modules- Building and maintaining configuration guides, functional specification documents, and user training manuals- Building and executing test scripts- Resolving issues identified during testing cycles- Providing support during post-implementation hypercare- Displaying excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues, customers, onshore counterparts, team members, business analysts, and business teams- Interacting with business users on issues, enhancements, requirements, and working towards appropriate solutions- Coordinating with Oracle and DEV team- Being flexible to support different US time zones to provide effective overlap**Desired Knowledge:**Experience in implementation and maintenance of at least 2 of the following Oracle modules:- Oracle Account Receivables (Order to Cash)- Oracle General Ledger (Record to Report)- Oracle Assets (Acquire to Retire)- Oracle Cash Management**Desired Skills:****Must-have skills:**- Process knowledge of at least 2 of the modules listed above- Ability to perform configuration based on client requirements- Clear understanding of gaps between Oracle product features and client requirements- Experience in writing Functional Specifications, coordinating with client business leads, performing unit and end-to-end testing- Good communication skills in understanding requirements and explaining our point of view with cohesiveness, clarity, and confidence**Good-to-have skills:**- Exposure to driving various workshops related to requirements analysis and design- Exposure to coordinating with Third-Party Vendors to test integrations- Support Pre-sales/sales functions by helping in responding to RFPs/RFIs- Conducting client demos on Oracle modules As a Senior Associate at PwC, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
