Job Description

    You will be responsible for overseeing the patient support and recruitment operations in India for Sanius Health. As the Patient Support and Recruitment Manager, you will lead a team focused on patient engagement and recruitment activities. Your role will involve setting standards, driving outcomes, and ensuring high-quality patient communication across various channels.**Key Responsibilities:**- Build, manage, and scale patient support and recruitment teams.- Take ownership of team performance, ensuring delivery, quality, and output.- Lead by example by actively participating in patient engagement and recruitment activities.- Manage day-to-day operations including patient engagement, onboarding, and recruitment processes.- Establish clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for teams.- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.- Recruit, train, and manage team members, implementing performance management strategies when necessary.- Implement structured processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.- Collaborate with UK leadership to align delivery with global programs.- Maintain professionalism, compliance, and high standards of patient care through accurate reporting and documentation.**Qualifications Required:**- A Masters degree is mandatory.- Proven experience in team management is essential.- Strong background in patient support, recruitment, call center, or healthcare operations.- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in team building, management, and development.- Strong work ethic with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.- Operational mindset with the ability to drive performance.- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high accountability environment.Sanius Health offers an Early Builder Package that includes equity with early stage stock options, performance bonuses, and opportunities for career growth into senior management roles.
