Job Description

    As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Accelyst, you will play a crucial role in architecting and executing marketing strategies to position the company as a category-defining AI services provider. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product and strategy teams, planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, shaping messaging and positioning, developing content across various channels, managing digital presence, conducting market research, implementing marketing automation workflows, and tracking campaign performance. **Key Responsibilities:**- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to convert business objectives into actionable marketing roadmaps, aligning GTM priorities with company vision.- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, and partner-led channels to build awareness, generate demand, and support pipeline velocity.- Shape messaging and positioning that clearly articulates Accelysts unique value in AI consulting, tailoring communication for enterprise clients, partners, and stakeholders.- Develop content across the funnel, from thought leadership and client success stories to sales enablement of assets and investor narratives.- Manage Accelysts digital presence, including the website, social media, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience.- Conduct market and competitive research to inform campaign planning, identify whitespace opportunities, and refine targeting strategies.- Implement marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing journeys, optimizing engagement, qualifications, and conversion.- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering insights that guide strategy, budget allocation, and ROI optimization.**Qualifications:**- MBA from Tier-1 college, with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, or Communications.- 03 years of experience in strategic marketing, GTM execution or brand/digital roles in B2B tech/startups.- Strong analytical mindset; ability to work backward from business goals to marketing execution.- Deep interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and their business applications.- Familiarity with MarTech tools (HubSpot, GA4, SEO platforms, etc.) is a plus.- A collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
