The ideal candidate should be proficient in Windows OS, MS Office, system administration, and basic networking.About Client: Software Company 10 years in US and India with 100 Employees.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the technical support team.Oversee Windows OS administration.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.Manage user access, system configurations, and security settings.Assist banking clients with IT queries and MS Office support.Analyze logs, system errors, and network connectivity.Coordinate with IT, security, and infrastructure teams.Handle incident response and escalation.Maintain IT documentation and implement best practices.Desired skills: 2 - 4 years in IT support or technical lead roles.Strong expertise in Windows OS, MS Office, and networking.Familiarity with helpdesk systems (JIRA, ServiceNow).Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.Fluent in English and Hindi mandatory.Added Advantage:Experience in banking IT support.Knowledge of IT security and backup procedures.For more details Contact Mr. Kiran on hidden_mobile, submit resume to: hidden_email,
