Job Description

    The Territory Sales Officer, Consumer at Galderma, located in Hyderabad, will play a crucial role in achieving both primary and secondary targets consistently for the assigned headquarters. The individual will be entrusted with the responsibility of executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in their designated region.Key Responsibilities:- Directly cover a minimum of 30 retail stores per day, ensuring effective In-Store execution.- Maintain retail coverage and store presence in the designated territory.- Cover a geographic area spanning multiple cities, potentially involving outstation work.- Develop and adhere to a self-journey plan for efficient work beat.- Ensure proper execution of all promotional communications.- Secure paid or non-paid secondary space in stores at optimal locations.- Accountable for meeting Primary/Secondary targets and fostering business growth.- Plan and execute primary and secondary sales activities on a monthly basis.- Manage distributors effectively and appoint new ones as necessary.- Maintain optimal stock levels and facilitate the processing of claims.- Keep meticulous records and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.- Arrange for stock availability in prominent locations for all products.Skills & Qualifications:- Ability to address customer complaints related to sales and service.- Proficiency in managing distributor complaints, sales orders, and supply chain operations.- Analytical skills to gauge retailer preferences and tailor sales efforts accordingly.- Education: Graduate or equivalent degree.- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the non-food FMCG sector.,
