Job Description

    QUALIFICATION PROFILEA minimum of 2 years experience creating and executing successful training programs, ideally in an IT environment (essential).Familiar with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, in class training, e-learning, workshops, role playing, etc)Knowledge of evaluation and learning theories and methodologies such as CSAT, CEFR Levels, Kirkpatricks Four-Level Training Evaluation model, KPIs, 4 and/or 9 performance box gridExcellent English written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite, e-learning platforms and related business and communication tools.Analytical skills to extract data, identify trends, transform data, machine learning, predictive modelling and draw conclusionsAbility to resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs, as necessary.Strong writing skills and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.Strategic and creative mindset.Meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work and manage independently, as well as in a team environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident FundSchedule: Rotational shiftJoining bonus Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonusWork Location: In person,
