The breadth of capabilities within the Technology team at the GSC enables it to support the firm in leading edge areas such as Digital, Big data analytics, Robotics & Machine Learning.Roles & Responsibility:Will be working for Robotics Process Automation COE of Commercial Banking.Will provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by automating system processes within mature technology environments.Will be working on the top priority application for the Commercial Bank which would need application process knowledge and advanced problem solving skills.Primary role will be to write programs using tool specific scripting language to automate the business processEnsure the testing results correspond to the business expectationsWill participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues; and review and provide feedback to the final user documentationWill document the detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules and develop/Enhance software application modules.Will participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations; incorporate security requirements into design; and provide input to information/data flow, and understand and comply to Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps.Will also adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specificationsBachelor or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer science or equivalent with relevant experienceOverall 5 years of Hands-on working knowledge on Industry RPA tools like Automation AnyWhere, WinAutomation, Blue Prism,Minimum 5 Hands-on working knowledge on automation & Scripting languages & Framework Java Script, Selenium, QTP, .NetDeep understanding and working knowledge of Agile Methodology SCRUM, XP-PracticesDesign, coding, testing and debugging skills must to haveCustomer focus mindsetStrong communication skills, both written and oralStrong problem solving and decision making skillsKnowledge of version and revision control practices and proceduresExperience with the Financial Services industryAbility to work effectively as a member of a teamAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment and handle multiple issues at one time
