Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with product owners and product managers to understand and document business requirements.
  2. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define business objectives and system requirements.
  3. Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design plans that align with the enterprises architectural strategies.
  4. Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of the proposed solutions.
  5. Provide project management support by contributing to project plans, including outlining scope, timeline, resources, and risk assessments.
  6. Ensure the solution meets business requirements and adheres to quality standards during the functional testing phase.
  7. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of functional solutions, including use cases, data flow diagrams, and system specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in functional analysis and business process modeling.
  2. Ability to design complex solutions within an enterprise architecture framework.
  3. Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to discuss technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Leadership qualities that inspire team adherence to best practices in solution design and delivery.
  5. A bachelors or masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  6. Preferred certifications include Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) and Solution Architecture (e.g., TOGAF).
  7. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Additional Qualifications:
  1. Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating collaborative decision-making.
  2. In-depth knowledge of business process management, workflow automation, and system integration.
  3. Strong documentation skills and proficiency in creating detailed functional design documents.
